Role Summary
The Order & Inventory Management Assistant will be responsible for order processing, inventory management, and solutions coordination to support the Company’s success. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Chinese.

Responsibilities
•    Responsible for order processing and inventory control management
•    Prepare daily sales reports and shipment status update 
•    Proactively follow-up on orders to facilitate a smooth sales /order experience
•    Communicate and coordinate with customers and internally to address inquiries and resolve issues
•    Perform a variety of administrative support in all responsible areas in order to support the company’s success


 

Requirements
•    1-2 years experience performing inventory control, data entry or sales support preferred
•    Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•    Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities
•    Must have effective written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
