Staffmax Staffing and Recruiting is assisting our client in Montreal with hiring of one Sales Development Representative in each location You are responsible for driving sales of the company's products within a specific branch or territory. This role focuses on building strong relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying growth opportunities, and assisting in the implementation of sales strategies.
Salary and Perks: -$70-90k plus bonuses - Full benefits and vacation - Education/Tuition allowance - RRSP - Cell, Laptop - Gas and accommodation are paid for when travelling Key Responsibilities: - Lead sales activities to maximize sales growth, margin targets, and market share - Develop and execute a sales growth plan for the branch, identifying new products, customers, and geographical areas for expansion - Build strong business relationships through face-to-face sales calls and relationship-building activities - Identify customer needs and motivations to tailor sales approaches - Implement sales growth strategies in line with the company's strategic plans - Collaborate with the Branch Manager on sales planning and strategy execution - Provide product knowledge and support to branch sales teams Key Accountabilities: - Develop and implement sales plans to achieve goals - Coordinate with branch sales teams and headquarters support staff to enhance sales resources - Conduct regular travel within the territory to meet with customers (70%-80% travel) - Represent the company at trade association meetings Required Education and Experience: - Associate degree or equivalent work experience - 2+ years of sales experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software - Valid Driver's License Required Skills/Abilities: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Exceptional customer service skills - Excellent sales and negotiation skills - Strong organizational and time management skills Travel: Up to 80% travel within the assigned territory, with occasional overnight trips Paid mileage and accommodation |
