Seeking Outside Sales RepresentativeTerritory: Ontario to NewfoundlandCandidates must reside in or in Ontario Pay and Perks: $70-90,000 REMOTE with occasional meetings in the office - Lucrative Quarterly Bonus Program - Generous Personal Time Off and Company Paid Holidays - RRSP - Comprehensive Benefit Program and Tuition Reimbursement - Vehicle Reimbursement Plan - Cell/laptop Responsibilities - Grow profitable sales of in assigned territory - Make face-to-face calls on current customers and prospects for new business - Work with inside and outside salespeople and managers to support sales - Conduct on-the-job training, build long-lasting business relationships, and sell products - Utilize internal training program for value creation - Lead and train Inside Sales teams - Facilitate sales of non- products as needed Accountabilities - Achieve sales and margin goals - Expand and diversify the customer base - Launch, grow, and expand product offerings - Create and execute short- and long-term sales plans with measurable objectives - Perform hands-on product knowledge and value proposition training - Provide sales support and product expertise to customers and associates - Develop relationships with internal and external resources, including manufacturers and distributors Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience - Excellent face-to-face sales, training, and presentation skills - Driven and results-oriented - Ability to support sales teams in new product expansion - Successful track record in selling to the building materials industry and home centre/hardware stores preferred - Valid Driver’s License - Ability to travel within assigned territory up to 75% of the time Skills/Abilities - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Exceptional customer service skills - Creative problem solver with hands-on engagement and solid business acumen - Excellent sales and negotiation skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills |
