Duties:
- Looking for Sales leader with ability to make operations decisions
- Experience related to sales in industrial maintenance and skilled trades
- Hunting for more opportunities, quote and follow-up
- A high level of professionalism, business acumen, work ethic and self-motivation
- Is a tenacious business developer who can leverage and build exceptional customer relationships
- Is relatively self-sufficient sales and support standpoint
- Can effectively manage sales forecasts and a pipeline
- Has strong communication and presentation skills
- Takes initiative, works independently and is entrepreneurial
- Occasional out of town customer calls
Must Haves:
- Experience in Millwrighting, hydraulics, cylinders, cranes, welding, fabrication and industrial construction
- Ability to discuss with client all technical and mechanical needs
- Good MS Office skills
- Continually finds and generates business from new customers
- Achieves awards for top results
- Accurate billing with proposals
- Able to demonstrate a history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Proactively grows existing accounts
- Generates high client satisfaction
- Able to demonstrate a history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to produce references/referrals from past customers
Compensation and perks:
$ D0Q as a base plus commissions
Cell, Health insurance
$400 per month car allowance and mileage. - Territory: Winnipeg
Hours: Full Time M-F
