JD for Project Manager – Banking Domain
Must have skills :
Advanced project management knowledge including plan development; scheduling methodology; project metrics gathering, analyzing, and reporting; risk and issue assessment and quantification methodologies; cost/benefit analysis and alternatives identification; budgeting, financials and benefits management.

Good to have skills :
Experience in Project Management framework-PMP, CSM or similar Agile certification.

Responsibilities :
You will be planning, directing, and coordinating activities across Finance IT Regulatory Projects to ensure project goals or objectives are accomplished within approved timeframe, scope and budget as part of the Finance IT Project Management Team. The Finance IT PM team supports the Finance Function and Finance Change Management teams in the project delivery for related IT applications and initiatives.-Plans and executes projects including managing project scope, requirements changes, multiple and competing demands and priorities as well as determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk using appropriate fact-based metrics / assumptions. -Works with Business/Technology Owners to ensure that the deliverables achieve the business result that enables value creation

• Manage multiple project’s scope and timeline
• Must have Information Security knowledge, Leads the successful delivery of customer Compliance programs for steady state project.
• Ability to articulate the definition of project scope, milestones, goals and deliverables (activities, tasks, dependencies and resource allocation) with internal Team and and clients
• Manage a team of 10+ (onsite and offshore) to ensure project deliverables are completed on time.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Ensuring that daily IT operations and service delivery are properly executed by coordinating with internal teams.
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication is a must to coordinate with Application team and stakeholders
• Should have technical knowledge of Operating system Windows/Unix
• Should have a thorough understanding of the cloud and DevOps environments.
• Basic knowledge of Windows security administration (Identity & Access Management)
• Good to have Project management certifications
• Understand ITIL practices and change management lifecycles.
