Description:

Our client requires an Accountant / Bookkeeper immediately in the Mississauga area who can start immediately.

  • Pay Rate: $17/- per hour
  • Location: Mississauga
  • Estimated term: Part-time, Permanent (Working 20- 25hrs in a week)

Assist in the full accounting cycle, including:

  • Prepare and supporting schedules according to monthly close requirements
  • Proficiency QuickBooks Online
  • Advanced MS Excel and general proficiency in MSOffice Suite
  • Accounts payable and receivable, payroll, general ledger, financial reports, and GST/HST filing experience
  • Ability to work independently and learn quickly
  • Assist with year-end working papers
  • Prepare month-end bank reconciliations
  • Act as a supporting contact and work with the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
  • Other duties as assigned
