Staffmax is helping one of our clients in hiring an experienced
Parts/Service Coordinator to join there team in Winnipeg, MB.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers in finding the parts they are looking for
- Assisting the service department in setting up appointments for customers
- Invoicing customers
- Following up on order with vendors for customers waiting
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years work experience as a Parts and Service person
- Experience in the pool industry is preferred
- Customer Service and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Great attention to details
- Multi-tasking, able to work in fast-paced environment
- Team player
Wage:
- $20-$22.5/hour
