Member Services Representative/Pension Administrator

Our client is seeking a highly professional Member Services Representative/Pension Administrator to support their team. In a privately owned Consulting firm with over 15 years experience.

Must Haves:

  • 2-3 years in pension administration strong asset OR
  • Banking 5+ years a strong asset  OR
  • Assistant to a Financial Advisor 2-5 years
  • Excellent top notch Excel skills
  • Detail Oriented and highly praised for your attention to small mistakes and fine details
  • Regularly work with information that is highly confidential and critical in nature
  • Professional and highly organized, have excellent communication skills, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

 

Duties:

  • Incoming calls and emails and respond accordingly
  • Professionally greet and direct clients
  • Meet with members to discuss their pension options.
  • Relief reception
  • Provide general administrative support such as typing, data entry, photocopying, filing, etc
  • Handle files from start to completion

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $45-53,000
  • 15 days off for vacation, plus time off at Christmas/New Years, Long weekend in the summer and personal days
