Our client is now hiring two individuals in Personal Lines leading within a few months to become Commercial Broker Marketers.

Commercial Lines Marketers to Lead Broker Support Administrator

Full time Permanent hire with a leading Brokerage in Winnipeg

3 -5 years experience preferred as a Personal Lines Broker or Commercial Broker/Marketer/Producer

Duties include:

  • Proactively support the Lead Broker in all aspects of marketing Commercial Line accounts; by building and fostering strong relationships with underwriters, clients, and office staff.
  • Responsible for: Marketing Lead Brokers Insurance Portfolio
  • Work alongside the Lead Broker, Insurers, Underwriters, Clients.
  • Proactively Manage Lead Broker’s renewal portfolio
  • Liaise with Lead Broker to discuss client needs and make recommendations regarding required terms and conditions
  • Obtain information from clients and or Lead Broker to create and process submissions and renewals
  • Analyze client coverages, exposures, loss history, to determine risk requirements
  • Coordinate the discussion of renewal strategies with Lead Broker, and other producers when requested by Lead Broker
  • Liaise, and transact with underwriters and insurance company representatives
  • Prepare and maintain up to date all needed documentation as part of insurance policy renewals, and new submissions
  • Proactively place, negotiate, and track renewals / submissions into the insurance market, including mid-term changes and endorsements
  • Ensure accurate processing and review of policy documentation: paper copies, digital downloads, emails, etc.
  • Review Policy Wordings and Policy Documents for accuracy
  • Maintains ongoing licensing requirements
  • Keeps current on new products, coverages, and market trends
  • Acts as technical support to staff for policy coverages and company underwriting information requirements
  • Provide exceptional and prompt service
  • Maintain professional relationships with underwriters, co-workers and clients
  • EPIC software an asset

Pay Hours and Benefits:

  • $43-55,000 DOQ if preferred higher please note in cover-letter
