Personal Lines Insurance Broker.
This role is to take over for a retirement (16 years on the job)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Broker to join our team. The Personal Lines Broker will be primarily responsible for independently servicing a dedicated book of business, including Home, Condo, Seasonal, and Watercraft insurance policies. The broker will also be responsible for developing new Personal Lines business and providing backup support for Autopac & Driver Licensing transactions within a team environment.
Autopac:ยท Backing up Autopac & Driver Licensing transactions within a team environment(occasional lunch and once per week for 30 minutes at the end of the day)
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently service a dedicated book of business for Personal Lines insurance policies, including managing renewals, endorsements, and claims.
- Develop new business by prospecting and building relationships with clients to identify their insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage solutions.
- Provide backup support for Autopac & Driver Licensing transactions
- Perform sales and administrative duties related to the above, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert advice on insurance coverage options.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Agent/Broker Level 2 General Insurance license.
- IWS Certification.
- Prefer minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Lines Broker.
- Epic software a strong asset
- Proficiency with MS Word and Outlook.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the telephone.
- Willingness to drop what you are doing to help others.
