Plant Manager – Spanish speaking
¡Hola! Our client in the Vaughan area is seeking a reliable, humble, lead-by-example and highly organized Lean Plant Manager to take them to the next level! The company is environmentally aware and has a large social responsibility presence.

Location: GTA near Vaughan, Ontario
Wage, Hours and Perks:
- $80,000 yr.
- Health and dental split cost 60/40
- Cell phone
- 2 weeks vacation
- 5:45 AM start
- Company hours: 6 AM-12 midnight
- Permanent Hire
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience in a small manufacturing/production facility
- Operations experience in Manufacturing/production lines
- Industrial processing facilities
- Comfortable Completing and Managing Reports
- Able to accurately complete daily report sheets.
- Familiar with KPIs, production logs, maintenance logs, safety reports, or similar documentation.
- Supervisory or Management Experience, total 25 staff, split day/evening shifts
- Previous leadership over plant staff, operators, and maintenance teams.
- OSHA or equivalent safety compliance experience.
- Basic Mechanical or Process Understanding
- Experience working with machinery, troubleshooting equipment or able to be trained, and coordinating maintenance.
- Forklift experience or ability to learn
- Work with recruiting agencies to fill staffing shortfalls
- Baler experience is an asset (compressing of material)
- Experience Improving Operational Efficiency within workflow optimization, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement
- Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel), email platforms, and basic digital reporting tools.
- Ability to delegate and quickly integrate with team leaders
