Responsibilities
Operate DTF (Direct to Film) and embroidery machinery (notably Tajima 6-head and 1-head machines) to decorate apparel and promotional items

Read and interpret job specs to ensure accurate decoration matching clients’ project requirements.

Perform heat transfers onto garments, hats, and other textiles.

Embroider apparel as per design and execute post-decoration cleaning.

Conduct routine machine inspections and maintenance; troubleshoot mechanical issues using manuals and technical guidelines.

Monitor and update production schedules and maintain accurate project records.

Maintain clean, organized work area; ensure smooth workflow and production quality.
Qualifications

Experience with sewing, embroidery, or textile decoration tools preferred (minimum around 1 year).

High attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

Ability to autonomously troubleshoot mechanical issues.

Comfortable working within a close-knit, family-style corporate culture.

Strong time management skills and ability to maintain organized records.
