Description:
The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for handling the purchasing process of goods and services. This includes creating purchase orders, working with suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring purchases align with company standards and budget.

Location:Toronto,ON
Working Hours –8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m-Monday to Friday 
Start Date: Feb 10,2025
End Date: Aug 8th 2025
Pay rate: $20-30/hr (depending on experience)

 
Skills Required:
• Experience and knowledge of procurement principles and understanding of procurement processes to effectively develop materials for a vast number of clients and managing procurement related tasks.
• Experience in managing positive complex relationships and ability to manage client needs.
• Experience in managing different tasks in the planning and execution of high volume of requests
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Ability to plan and organize to effectively process procurement requests.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to use diplomacy and tact when resolving conflict.
• Oral and interpersonal skills to provide advice and information to clients and staff, respond to questions, promote a fair and transparent procurement process, update on status and convey requirements to vendors.
