Product Specialist

Reports to: Sales Managers

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Product Specialist to join the  team. You’ll help customers find the right vehicle while providing an exceptional buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn  and pre-owned vehicle features, benefits, and technology.

• Welcome customers, answer inquiries, and build lasting relationships.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

• Explain warranties, services, financing, and available offers.

• Negotiate and close vehicle sales while completing required paperwork.

• Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer records.

• Follow up with customers through calls and emails.

• Stay current through training and product updates.

• Represent Focus with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve goals.
