Assisting the Branch Operations Manager to ensure the best use of the branch’s resources by defining and planning team goals & objectives. Ensure that the entire team maintains a focus on high quality, profitable work, generates a high level of customer service; projects a high level of professionalism in all departments both with each other and with customers

Pay rate: $65K-$75K/year

Full-Time Permanent Position

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist the Branch Operations Manager to ensure the best use of the branch’s resources by defining and planning team goals & objectives. Ensure that the entire team maintains a focus on high quality, profitable work; neat, clean and tidy premises, trucks and equipment; generates a high level of customer service; projects a high level of professionalism in all departments both with each other and with customer

· Generate house account revenue and service those accounts as determined by Management

· Oversee low-income customers as determined by Management, including customer relations, quoting, site visits, quality control.

· Responsibilities include dispatch, visiting the site that crew are working on, is available by phone for crew needs (troubleshooting, customer service issues, etc), health and safety of the crew, site pre?inspections, callbacks, and other duties as instructed by Branch Operations Manager

· Work with the Branch Operations manager to execute the branch's quality control procedures. Develop additional procedures to reinforce quality work and improve existing procedures where necessary.

· Daily dispatching of crew personnel

· Monitor crews for production and hold them accountable for production metrics

· Quality Control on job sites to maintain and improve production; ensuring the Comber branch is meeting daily, weekly, monthly and yearly production targets

· Responding to and rectifying service calls as required for the Comber branch

· Attend construction site meetings as necessary

· Review previous daily worksheets with Coordinator to ensure they have been completed with all required information

· Responsible for month-end Inventory

· Responsible for Health and Safety Management of the Comber branch including, but not limited to: safety talks, inspection checklists, JHSC meetings.

· Field Training: Ensure employees are adequately trained on proper field process and equipment use utilizing Record of Training documents to document in-field training progress

· Ensure crews are properly trained on daily documentation requirements: crew sheets, logbooks, any additional paperwork required to execute jobs.

· Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employee work behavior

Pre Jobsite inspections:

1. Conduct pre-job site inspections prior to crew departure utilizing GNI’s pre-Jobsite inspection form, including Greensaver jobs

2. Work with Production Manager to ensure crews are equipped with necessary tools, equipment, and materials

· Complete all necessary paperwork as required and in a timely manner

· Filling in on a production truck when absolutely necessary

· This position will require a weekly report to be submitted to the Branch Manager, and the Management team.

· Other duties as required by Management
