Job Title: Production Team Lead

Location : 45 minutes east of Winnipeg

Job Summary:

  • Provide follow-up updates to the Supervisor regarding employee performance or concerns

  • Assist with onboarding, training, and effective communication to employees

  • Monitor and ensure production schedules are followed and respected

  • Manage and maintain the DMS (Document Management System)

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Experience in employee supervision and/or training

  • Ability to maintain workflow efficiency and meet deadlines

  • Familiarity with DMS or similar documentation systems

  • Detail-oriented and organized
