Staffmax is hiring Production worker for a temporary assignment from October to February. Our client is in West Winnipeg near Sturgeon and Moray. They are looking for a worker with experience with hand and power tools. This position you have to be able to be on your feet most of the day. Responsibilities:

• Material handling and assembling pump kits.
• Cutting metal uni-struts
• Making sure all work areas are kept tidy and safe.
• Operating in a safe manner for yourself and co-workers.
• Assisting in the warehouse and other duties assigned.
• Must be able to work ocasional overtime and some Saturdays.
• $17.00/hr Monday - Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm and Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

Qualifications:

• Experience operating manufacturing tools and able to read a tape measure.
• Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be able to stand on your feet all day and able to lift 60lbs
• CSA APPROVED Steel Toe Boots, Glasses, Gloves and Hearing protection will be Provided
