Property Administrator / Bookkeeping Assistant
Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba
Salary: $40,000–$50,000 annually
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 38–40 hours/week

About the Role:
Staffmax is hiring on behalf of a well-established, family-owned property management company that owns and manages over 450 residential units in Winnipeg’s West Broadway area. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Administrator / Bookkeeping Assistant to support daily operations, both on the administrative and financial sides of the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Support daily office administration and bookkeeping functions

Assist the in-house accountant with accounts payable/receivable, payroll, journal entries, and maintaining financial records

Work closely with Property Managers on lease renewals, new and outgoing tenant packages, and documentation management

Provide administrative support to the property management, maintenance teams, and ownership

Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in bookkeeping, office administration, or property management (required)

At least 2 years of office experience in a similar administrative or bookkeeping role

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
