About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential/commercial properties in Anaheim. The ideal candidate will ensure properties are well-maintained, financially efficient, and compliant with regulations while providing excellent tenant relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day property operations
- Manage tenant relations, inquiries, and lease agreements
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
- Collect rent, monitor payments, and follow up on delinquencies
- Prepare and manage property budgets and financial reports
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Handle lease renewals, vacancies, and tenant screening
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management or real estate required
- Strong knowledge of leasing, budgeting, and property operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties
- Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations preferred
