Staffmax is currently seeking a Property Manager for our client. A well known highly successful company. They are an industry leading locally, and have a global reach.
The Property Manager, for Condominium reports directly to the Director, Condominium.
- $45-60K Dependant on experience, wage increase under review to managers $50-70k expected in summer 2022
- After hour pay (on-site or meetings) $75-90hr

- Administrator, Accountant, and condo on-site manager will report to you (but make your life easier)
- Bonus compensation for completed construction projects (const. supervision fees)
- Hours 8:30-5pm, afterhours calls are handled by a professional service. You will be responsible for escalated emergency calls
- After hours organized meetings: virtual, in person and at office are typical but not unreasonable.
- Gas allowance
- Most condo locations are South Winnipeg
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Post-secondary education
- CPM designation preferred.
- 2+ years of Property Management experience at least at the Property Administrator level.
- Must have good knowledge of the Condominium Act.
- Experience producing monthly and annual budgets and a track record of providing great day to day property management services.
- Must have valid Driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapidly growing/changing environment with a high degree of resourcefulness, flexibility and adaptability.
Computer Skills – intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office programs is required.
Communication Skills - Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both oral and written with both internal and external stakeholders; Experience communicating with media an asset.
Relationship Skills –Ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships at all levels of the organization; be a mature and self-motivated team player with good conflict-resolution and people management skills; develop productive relationships with vendors
Organizational Skills – Ability to allocate one’s time effectively and manage tight deadlines; ability to work under pressure and achieve quality results; ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities, ability to project manage and delegate where applicable
Decision Making Skills – Ability to resolve problems using facts and sound reasoning; ability to achieve goals using a strategic approach; proven innovation with a willingness to manage and adapt to change.
