Quality Assurance Technician

Staffmax is currently recruiting for our client in Ste. Agathe Manitoba for a Quality Assurance Tech. (30-45 min outside of Winnipeg)

• Open due to person returning to school
• $42,300-61,700 Dependant on experience.
• $275 boot allowance
• 5% incentive plan/bonus on profit
• 3 weeks vacation and general holiday bank time
• potential yearly increase to pay

Duties:

• Perform routine testing and ensure products meet specifications. Communicates results to management or shift supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of samples for shipment
• Prepare chemical reagents accurately and keep the lab stocked with chemicals and supplies for night and weekend operators

Must Haves:

• 1 year of lab experience
• Science degree or diploma

Hours:

• 12 hour shift (4 on/4 off) rotating: 4 on 4 off shift
• 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am
• Plant is open 24/7
