Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Administrative/Receptionist professional to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, including lawyers and paralegals. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in a law firm or general office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, efficiently facilitating their law office needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Manage multiple tasks at once and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Prioritize tasks and organize work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of individuals, including creditors, lawyers, paralegals, and clients, often in high-conflict or sensitive situations.
  • Maintain continuous attention to detail in all work activities.
  • Be flexible with work hours as needed to meet business requirements.


Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a law firm or general office environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to prioritize, manage workload independently, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated tact, diplomacy, and discretion in professional interactions.
