Receptionist

Our client located in Calgary is looking for an Temporary Receptionist. This assignment is Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm and could last 1 to 3 months.

Job Duties

• Answers and screen all incoming phone calls
• Follow up with clients
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak) with respect to understanding and following all verbal and written instructions.
• Must have some knowledge about excel, office, word, teams, etc.
• Can effectively multi-task, and is able to prioritize
• Maintain Reception area clean
• other general duties as required

Wage: $18 to $21 an hour
