Staffmax is assisting our client in hiring a friendly, polished, and professional Receptionist for a 3-month contract. As the face of the office, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff—playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and team members in a courteous and professional manner

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area

Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
	
	 - 
	
Monitor and manage office supply levels; place orders as needed
	
	 - 
	
Book meeting rooms and coordinate schedules for internal use
	
	 - 
	
Provide general administrative support, including data entry and preparing documents
	
 
What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
