Some Duties Include:

  • Take incoming calls and record client orders
  • Assist walk-ins and process payments
  • Maintain scheduling for the drivers and dispatch as needed
  • Compile reports at the the end of the day

 

Who we're looking for:

  • 1-2 years' previous reception experience
  • Previous scheduling experience a strong asset
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office
  • High School Education obtained
  • Superior personal presentation
