Our client is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for their company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong organizational abilities to ensure a smooth and efficient front desk operation.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Wage: $20/- per hour
Location: Farmer Road and Mountainview Road
Term: Temporary position for few months
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Administrative Support:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, and place orders as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Customer Service:
- Provide information about the company and its services to visitors and callers.
- Address and resolve minor issues or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth internal communication and operations.
- Assist in preparing reports or presentations as required by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
