Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, provide basic information, direct calls to the appropriate agents or departments, and take messages when necessary.
  • Assist with office tasks such as filing, organizing documents, managing calendars, handling mail, and preparing reports.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, responding to emails, and fostering a positive experience for everyone who interacts with the office.
