Description:
We are assisting one of our clients with the hire of a Reception/Admin. This is a full-time temporary to a permanent position after 3months for the right candidate.

Term: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: $15/hr
Hours: 30-35hrs per week
Location: Mississauga, ON

Job Duties:
•    Answers and screens all incoming phone calls. 
•    Process Payment
•    Issue/manage Invoices.
•    Coordinate with Supplier.
•    Coordinate with Mechanics. 
•    Follow up with clients.
•    Can effectively multi-task, is able to prioritize, and has good Microsoft Office skills.
•    Maintain Reception area clean and perform other general duties as required.
