Hours: Monday to Friday, could be 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP (ongoing, no set end date)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team. This role involves handling front desk operations, answering phones, greeting visitors, and performing light administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls on a busy switchboard (40 extensions)

  • Take and relay messages via email as needed

  • Greet and assist customers and visitors

  • File customer orders and receiving documents

  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized

  • Basic computer skills (email, filing systems, etc.)

  • Previous reception or office experience is an asset but not required
