Recruitment Consultant

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Winnipeg. This is an excellent opportunity for a flexible individual who is comfortable sourcing for hard-to-find talent using Boolean, LinkedIn, Google, and other social media platforms. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for recruitment for temporary roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying talent and generating leads via online, social media, and database searches
• Screening potential candidates through phone and video calls
• Presenting the top talent to clients
• Acting as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates
• Writing attractive and eye-catching job advertisements
• Posting jobs across various advertising platforms, including our website
• Proofreading resumes and other candidate submission documents
• Performing data entry in the CRM system
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, with experience working in a staffing agency in a sourcing role preferred
• Computer savvy with sound searching, social media, and MS Office skills
• Post-secondary education in a business-related stream preferred
• CRM experience is an asset
• A self-starter who takes initiative and is sales-minded
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Professional written and oral communication skills in English (French bilingual is an asset)
• Thrives on working as part of a team
