Rental & Construction Sales Representative
Winnipeg, MB | Full-Time
$50,000–$70,000 base + commission after 3 months
Our client is looking for a driven Rental & Construction Sales Representative to grow business across Winnipeg and surrounding areas.
You’ll sell and rent mobile compressors, generators, pumps, and related equipment to construction and industrial customers.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new business with construction and industrial customers
- Build and manage existing accounts
- Sell and rent compressors, generators, pumps, and related equipment
- Recommend equipment based on customer needs
- Prepare quotes and rental agreements
- Follow up on opportunities and manage your sales pipeline
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Meet sales targets and help grow the territory
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales or business-development experience
- Construction, equipment rental, industrial equipment, or technical sales experience is a strong asset
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own territory
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel occasionally
