Job Responsibilities:
As a Reputation Management Specialist, your key duties will include:
- Reviewing the current online reputation landscape and developing a strategic plan to repair, enhance, and maintain the company’s online presence.
- Managing and optimizing the company’s presence on key review platforms, including Google, Yelp, HomeStars, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and TrustScore.
- Leveraging Google contacts or navigating gatekeepers to resolve issues and improve visibility.
- Joining and actively participating in local online groups in Winnipeg, Edmonton, and surrounding areas to foster community engagement.
- Initiating and maintaining conversations within these groups to promote and endorse the company.
- Conducting research on competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
- Monitoring all platforms and groups continuously to respond to feedback, address concerns, and identify trends.
- Assisting with customer service tasks and other duties as assigned, with potential for growth based on the results achieved.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in reputation management or a related field.
- Results-focused with a strong track record of improving online presence.
- Knowledge of Canadian markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with online review platforms and social media tools.
- Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
