We are looking for a Residential Services Coordinator to create a friendly and functional environment for residents and fellow team-mates. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills while positively impacting their community by providing exceptional customer service.

Where: Ottawa

When: Monday – Thursday (8:00AM – 4:30PM); Friday (8:00AM – 4:00PM)

Wage/Salary: $20/hr

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Experience with Yardi, 7S and/or other CRM systems.
  • Provide excellent on-site customer service by assisting in all day-to-day building activity and ensuring all resident inquiries are responded to within a timely manner.
  • Action service and maintenance requests. Liaise with service providers.
  • Maintain Accounts Payables / Receivables.
  • Maintain resident records and documentation for the department in accordance with the facilities policies and procedures.
  • Utilize troubleshooting skills to help resolve resident issues.
  • Act as primary contact for all applicants. Field all incoming requests for information regarding the admission process and continue to support applicants as they await admission.
  • Coordinate with leasing team to manage resident move-in and key handovers. Execute resident onboarding process.
  • Coordinate with Operations team to manage resident move-outs, including inspections and assessment of any final charges.
  • Maintain accurate resident files and emergency contact logs.
  • Maintain a positive property environment for both residents and staff and encourage participation in events and activities.
  • May perform other duties to assist as required.
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset.
