Description:
Our clients, a premium casual full service franchised restaurant with a great standing in western Canada is currently hiring a General Manager for one of its Calgary, AB locations. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with superior customer service skills in the restaurant/hospitality industry.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/Certification or Hospitality Training Certificate
  • 1-2 years direct experience as general manager in a restaurant/hotel
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Business development/entrepreneurial skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
Duties:
  • Leading the team by hiring, training, coaching and supervising
  • Maintaining an overall positive culture amongst the entire team, developing of all leadership positions, and role modelling hospitality - while heading all operational and financial aspects of the business.
  • Ensure consistent and exceptional customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Scheduling and ensuring adequate manpower to meet service targets
  • Oversee and ensure general maintenance and cleanliness of property
  • Manage and analyze financial parameters and controls for all areas of the restaurant and determine business priorities and ensure profitability
Pay:
  • $50,000-$60,000 (depending on qualifications/experience)
