Job Description – Retail/Grocery Store Fulfillment Specialist
Position Overview:
We are seeking Retail/Grocery Store Fulfillment Specialists to support our operations. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment while maintaining a professional and organized work environment.
Compensation & Schedule:

Wage: $17.70/hour

Availability: Open availability required, Monday to Sunday, between 8:00 am and 2:30 pm

Work Schedule: 5 to 6 days per week, depending on operational requirements

Shift Duration: 6 to 8 hours per shift

Overtime: May be required as needed

Expected Onboard Date: Monday, October 13, 2025

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack online orders in a grocery/convenience facility

Check product expiration dates to ensure quality standards

Organize and maintain cleanliness of the warehouse

Represent the client professionally with strong customer service and communication skills when interacting with partners
Level Description:
This position requires executing standardized work, with a broad knowledge of operational procedures in a retail/grocery environment and the use of related tools.
