Staffmax Staffing and Recruiting is seeking a Risk Management Executive - WORK FROM HOME- must be French Bilingual/English

This position serves as the primary support to senior management in the provision of out-sourced insurance and risk management services to clients within the financial lending services. Our clients are Canadian lending institutions working with North America’s leading development companies.

A good understanding of risk management processes, procedures, and strong technical insurance knowledge is vital for the execution of this role.

Support from Head Office in Winnipeg, Manitoba

Experience

· 5 to 7 Years of risk management, and or insurance industry experience

· Any of CRM, CIP, CAIB, AMF, RIBO designations and years of experience

· Working knowledge of general commercial property and casualty related insurance

· Ample knowledge of D&O, E&O, and or Environmental Liability Insurance

· Sufficient experience reviewing insurance and indemnity provisions in leases and other legal contracts

· Understanding of Enterprise Risk Management, Implementation of Risk Management as well as Policies and Procedures

Responsibilities

· Review and critique insurance programs and report findings to client

· Assist clients with completion of insurance applications and development of underwriting information

· Review and negotiate contracts, including leases, construction contracts and other material agreements on behalf of clients

· Gather data and analyze client’s Total Cost of Risk study by developing spreadsheets and other tools to track costs on a historical basis and illustrate findings graphically to clients

· Act as key contact for clients in support of their risk management processes and strategy

· Ability to understand and advise clients on issues related to specific claims and claims management

Qualifications

· French Bilingual and Strong English

· Any of CRM, CIP, CAIB, RIBO, AMF designations

· 5 to 7 Years of risk management

Compensation and Benefits:

· $40,000 DOQ base, plus strong bonus (expected 1st year $50-70k)
