Job Title: Roll-Off Truck Driver (Class 1 or Class 3)

Overview:
We are currently hiring a Roll-Off Truck Driver to support operations in Winnipeg. This role is ideal for an experienced driver with strong safety awareness and the ability to operate roll-off systems efficiently. Weekend availability is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a roll-off truck, including bin loading/unloading using cable systems
- Transport and deliver materials safely and efficiently
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance (greasing, fluid top-ups)
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation
- Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license with air brakes
- Experience operating roll-off trucks or similar equipment
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable and punctual
Assets:
- Experience operating heavy equipment (e.g., loader, skid steer)
- Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance knowledge
