Key Responsibilities
- Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems
- Load, unload, and transport materials
- Work safely at heights on residential and/or commercial job sites
- Follow safety procedures and company protocols at all times
- Support crew members to ensure projects are completed efficiently
What You Bring
- Previous experience in construction or roofing
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
- Physically capable of lifting, climbing, bending, and repetitive tasks
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
- Access to a working cell phone
- Availability to work ~45 hours/week (including occasional weekends)
