Roles & Responsibilities:

Ability to lever Roll Outs/Support independently

• Manage requirement gathering, solution design configuration, developments, and Functional Specification delivery related to all competencies mentioned above

• Configuration abilities

• Liaising up the Technical Team to conclude the required developments

 

Technical/Functional Skills:

 

• Strong experience in SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing implementation along with domain expertise in sourcing and procurement

• Experience in analysis, design, configuration, and support of SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing with integration to S4/HANA as backend ERP. Hands on experience in cloud solutions for Buying, Invoicing, Guided Buying, Catalogs, Business Network, etc.)

• Worked on end-to-end integrations with SAP S4/HANA ERP with experience in MM, FI-AP

• At least one end to end implementation or Support experience with SAP MM and Ariba

• Expertise in SAP MM Components like Purchase of Raw Material, Subcontracting, Third Party, Inter Company and Intra Company Stock Transfer Order, Service Procurement, Internal Orders and Release Strategy

• Deep Knowledge about Logistic business, Inventory Management and Vendor Invoice Processes like Outbound and Inbound deliveries, Goods Receipt, Goods Issue and Transfer Posting movements

• Good understanding of Workflows and IDOC understanding to integrate with third party systems

• Should be Proficient in the SAP MM Configuration and Master data awareness

• Good Knowledge on Integration with SAP other modules like Sales of Distribution, Quality Management, Customer Service , GTS , Finance & Controlling , Production Planning

• Hands on configuration and testing Experience on SAP Ariba

• Experience in Ariba Catalog Management, Ariba Network

• Excellent skills to comprehend Functional Design Document

• Good understanding of other SAP Lines of Business / SAP Modules from integration with Procurement perspective

• Desirable to have technical skills to understand the technical nuances which are required to develop a new action

• Understanding of interfaces with ERP system and workflows

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Candidate needs to be proficient in English and French

 

Good to Have:

 

Domain Industry experience

SAP Certification

Relevant Experience: 8-12 years
