Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ability to lever Roll Outs/Support independently as SAP Service Delivery Manager for S/4 HANA engagement
- Control all phases such as requirement gathering, solution design configuration, developments, and Functional Specification delivery related to all competencies mentioned above
- Liaising up with the various stakeholders
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Have worked on S/4 HANA implementation/support
- Understanding S/4 HANA Architecture and fit in the design and build of business solution
- Best utilization of Time Management, People Management, Engagement Management, Risk Management and Scope Management along with Change Management
- Communicate regular Solution status reports to sponsors, key stakeholders, and team members
- Responsible for overall development & execution of business production support process and incident management
- Account management activities viz. risk assessment and mitigation, issue resolution, customer expectation management
- Understand the Project objectives, plans, and co-ordination with On-site counterparts (Partner Program Lead, Track Leads and Functional Consultants)
- Involved with understanding different business processes and to develop an integrated solution
- Maintain employee satisfaction, reduce attrition
- To secure acceptance and approval of Integrated Solution deliverables from the Project Sponsor and Stakeholders
- Making sure the project is delivered in budget, Task executed on schedule, and within scope
- Preparation and planning for Internal as well as External Auditing
- Work with standard SAP delivered tools to resolve issues such as SAP OSS notes, support packs, etc.
- Monitoring of activities related to master data creation /changes, data migration, cutover strategy, manual configuration, creation of variants and scheduling, local changes and alignment of development and integration clients
- Proactively escalate and resolve/mitigate project issues, risks, and quality concerns
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Candidate needs to be proficient in English and French
Good to Have:
- Domain Industry experience
- SAP Project management certification
Relevant Experience:
- 14-18 years of experience as SAP Service Delivery Manager for S/4 HANA engagement
