Sales-Customer Service Representative

Location: Oak Bluff, MB
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year

Staffmax is currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative for one of our valued clients in the Oak Bluff area. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a collaborative office environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide accurate product, pricing, and order information in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare quotes, process requests, and assist customers with general inquiries.
• Support sales and operations teams by coordinating information, documentation, and customer communications.
• Maintain customer records and update internal databases and documentation.
• Assist with creating and improving office procedures, templates, and administrative processes.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, inside sales, or a related office environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
• Experience preparing quotations, processing customer requests, or supporting sales teams is considered an asset.
