Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our client's growing team in Richmond Hill, ON. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the Sales Engineer will be responsible for company product presentation, provide trusted technical advice, develop relationship with organization.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and confidently deliver presentations of the company's products/solutions to prospects and customers (resellers, end-users, distributors, etc.)
  • Articulate the company’s technical value proposition, differentiators, and capabilities
  • Provide trusted technical advice and recommendations to clients
  • Develop working relationships with partner organizations to ensure effective collaboration in responding to customer needs
  • Demonstrate products/solutions to technical and non-technical audiences, at executive and/or technical levels, both pre-and post-sales
  • Deliver internal and external training on the company's existing and new products/solutions
  • Respond to the tenders/inquiries and produce detailed proposals
  • Engage directly with sales and account teams to support pre-sales activities
  • Ensure close cooperation with Product Management by integrating customer feedback into a product roadmap.
