Staffmax is looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our clients' talented team in a growing company. You will be responsible for the sales growth through new customer acquisition, customer retention and growth opportunities with existing accounts. WHERE: Vaughn, ON / Remote
WAGE: $80,000 - $100,000/year + Commission + Bonus + Benefits
TERM: Permanent, Full-Time

  • Strategic planning for business growth by achieving B2B sales targets
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting
  • Responsible for maintaining and building a more cohesive relationship with customers
  • Plan and execute channel marketing programs
  • Understanding of networking industry and experience in working collaboratively with Engineers to provide outstanding customer support and satisfaction
  • Post-secondary education
  • 5+ years experience in IT B2B business is a must
  • Technical background in Networking is an asset
  • Demonstrated high level of strategic planning, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • B2B experience and understanding of the Canadian market an asset
  • Able to proactively cold call into net new accounts in order to drive new business
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
