Title: Sales & Operations Manager
Location: Toronto, ON
Shifts: 6:00AM - 5:00PM; 6 days/week
Job Type: Full-time, permanent (ON-SITE)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and be responsible for overall store operations, including being at the front desk
- Identifying and promoting products to key clients
- Visits to customers & potential clients
- Communicate with customers/suppliers via phone, email, chat, walk-in and e-commerce
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability
- Data entry in various platforms
- Enhancing product sales and margins by assisting in critical pricing decisions
- Follow-up with outstanding quotes to secure orders from customers and prospects
- Maintaining and monitoring UPS / FedEx / DHL and other courier shipping accounts
- Maintaining inventory and databases on various e-commerce sales and information platforms
- Performing other sales and administrative duties as required
- Ensuring proper account records.
- Depositing cash revenue in bank daily
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant work experience is required
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office with emphasis on Outlook, Excel and Word
- Experience with ERP systems and computer savvy
- Strong business acumen, analytical and mathematical skills
- Bilingual English/French is an asset
- Knowledge of logistics and shipping is required
- Keen attention to detail and self-starter
