The role of a vehicle sales manager is dynamic and requires strong leadership, communication, and sales skills to succeed in a competitive automotive market.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales, meet targets, and ensure the overall success and profitability of the sales team.
  • Develop sales strategies, set sales goals, and create plans to achieve them. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work with senior management to develop sales forecasts and budgets and strive to meet or exceed these targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to plan and execute sales promotions, advertising campaigns, and other initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales leads.
  • Handle complex or high-value sales transactions, negotiations, and agreements with customers or corporate clients.
