Description:
This position supports our sales efforts while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and customer-focused, and have a passion for sales, a knack for problem-solving, and a strong desire to ensure customer satisfaction from initial inquiry through to post-purchase support.

Location: Meteor Dr and Galaxy Blvd, Etobicoke, 
Pay rate: $24-$26/hr
Hours of Operations:8:30am to 5pm
Term: A 2-3 month temporary role with the potential to convert to a permanent position for the right candidate.


Customer Sales and Service:
• Respond to sales inquiries, addressing needs and providing product information;
• Proactively engage and follow up on sales opportunities to convert leads into customers;
• Educate customers/leads on product features to find the right fit for them and enhance their satisfaction;
• Explain pricing, promotions, and product value
• Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and samples to prospective clients;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system;
• Implement sales team strategies and campaigns;
• Track and report on sales activities and results to the sales team;
• Leverage technology for improvements and speed;
• Customer on-boarding;
• Maintain customer and product listings and update as required;
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution;
• Assist customers with order management, including suggesting items that are aligned with what they need, processing returns, exchanges, and refunds;
• Document, communicate and monitor customer specific requirements to ensure they are met;
• Work closely with other departments; to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience;
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure product satisfaction, improve our offering and identify growth opportunities;
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor while managing high volumes of customer communication;
• Track and resolve customer complaints and concerns to identify trends and escalate issues appropriately;
• Report on customer returns and chargebacks;
• Log results of customer promotions

Other:
• Maintain and order office supplies within approved budget;
• Follow established Process & Procedures, suggesting improvements to management;
• Other tasks as required.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
• Growth of Customer Sales;
• Efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment;
• Compliance with customer requirements;
• Level of Non-Compliance chargebacks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
• Post secondary education;
• 2-5 years of experience in customer sales, customer service, or a related role;
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage and build rapport with customers;
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs;
• Comfortable using and learning technology, including CRM software, other sales tools, ERP application, Asana, AI and MS Tools (eg. Excel, PowerPoint);
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• A positive, “can-do” attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service;
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a seasonal, fast-paced environment;
• Experience in working in a Premium quality food products industry is an asset
