Scrum Master + QA Automation

Must have skills*

• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
• Experience in Automation test casr development using Selenium/Java based automation framework.
• Experience in designing automation framework.
• Support testing team to triage the functional defects and work with development team to fix the same.
• Whitebox testing support as required for the project
• Enable collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team
• Ensure deliverables met the quality standards
• Manage project’s scope, timeline, Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-up meetings.
• Facilitate internal and external communications.
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new project requests/requirements.
• Resolve conflicts and remove impediments.
• Ensure each person is working on the right tasks to ensure timely delivery
