We are seeking a motivated Seasonal Customer Service Assistant to join our client's team during peak business periods. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting various administrative tasks to enhance the customer experience.

Location: Meteor Dr and Galaxy Blvd, Etobicoke, 
Pay Rate: $19/hr
Hours of Operation: 8:30am - 5pm

Term- Nov 18 - Dec 16, 2024

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Customer Service Responsibilities:
  • Addressing customer questions via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
  • Handling complaints and resolving problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Offering product or service information and guiding customers through processes.
  • Assisting customers with order placement and tracking deliveries
Administrative Operations Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing daily office functions to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assisting with invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking.
  • Providing administrative support to various departments as needed.

  • Report any food safety, quality or food defense concerns.
