Security Guard

Staffmax is looking for a security guard to assist with our client’s safety needs! Working with the public, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safety of staff and the general public.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain a safe environment for staff and patrons
• Secure entry and exit points as required
• Patrol the premises regularly
• Monitor Close Circuit Cameras
• Protect the client's assets against theft, assault, fire, and other issues
• Coordinate response to the incidents and respond to calls from dispatch
• Complete incident and daily reports, submitting to the proper department
• Provide friendly service to the client

Who We’re Looking For:

• Valid Provincial Security Guard license required
• Previous experience working as a guard
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
