One of our client is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant in Toronto Location. This is a Fulltime and Temporary assignment for 8-12 weeks

Pay Scale:$20-23/hr
Term: Temporary- 8-12 weeks
Job Responsibilities
- This role is directly responsible for providing a superior level of executive administrative support for Director of Finance & Admin
- Support senior managers and executives with daily clerical tasks
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Answer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people
- Schedule appointments and update calendar
- Make travel arrangements and reservations for senior managers
- Compose and type regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material, develop and maintain a filing system
- Create spreadsheets and presentations
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint to compile reports, letters, presentations, charts and graphs as required from both written and dictated sources.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters relating to the daily activity of the department.
Qualifications
- 5+ years administrative experience supporting senior management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
